COACHING
With Nathan Bonney PhD Level 2 Coach Sprints, Hurdles and Middle Distance; Level 2 Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, Bachelor of Education; Master of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) . Nathan's experiences include: working at the Victorian Institute of Sport as a Physical Preparation Coach. In 2020 Nathan completed his PhD in Sports Science / Skill Acquisition

With Jason Hodson: Level 2 Advanced Sprints, Hurdles, Long Jump, High Jump, Triple Jump; Level 2 Intermediate Pole Vault, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin

Wed 4:30 - 6pm Duncan McKinnin Reserve - Long Jump, Triple Jump, sprints

With Craig Mahony: Level 3 IAAF Sprints, Hurdles; Level 4 IAAF Middle Distance and Long Distance; Level 4 Throws; Level 1 Australian Strength and Conditioning
Venue: Mornington Athletic Track (until Daylight Savings finishes on 4th April 2020 then at Ballam Park - TBC )
Monday: 4:30 - 6:00pm Sprints/Hurdles / distance
Tuesday
  • 4:30 - 6:00pm Throws 
  • 6:00pm - 7:30pm(or so) Distance/sprints/hurdles(?)
Thursday
  • 4:30 - 6:00pm Throws
  • 6:00pm - 7:30pm Distance/sprints/hurdles(?)
Fridays: 4:30 - 6:00pm Sprints / hurdles(?) / distance.

Shaun is Director/Head Coach of Fast Tracked Performance , specializing in Junior Athletic Development including running technique, strength, speed and conditioning for all athletes playing team sports or Track & Field.
