Coaching  / Training

With Geena Davy: Level 2 Development. Long jump, triple jump and sprints.
Venue: Mornington Athletic Track
Friday Squad Training: 4pm - 5pm

With Jason Hodson: 
Over 15 years I have coached numerous athletes to State, JDS, ALAC and National qualification level. This includes Multiclass Athletes. Within these athletes, I have coached 16 athletes to qualify for the Athletics Australia Target Talent Program. Coaching is available to athletes aged 12+ Athletics Victoria MPAC registered athletes. Sessions are designed and delivered to a level of athlete looking to commit to athletics and be dedicated to work towards achieving State and National qualifications.
Level 3 Performance Development Coach - Long & Triple Jump  |  Level 3 Performance Development Coach - Sprints (100-200)  |  Multi-Class Athlete Coach in the T20 | T37-T38 and SIA II3 environment.
I also assist remote athletes with training and development programs to improve speed, efficiency, explosive speed and ballistic response for both athletics and other sports
Training Times - By arrangement (Mornington Athletics Track (Civic Reserve Mornington)
Training Fees - Specialist Individual Training - $60phr | Small Squad Environment (where position available) - $100pm (1 session pw) or $200pm (2 sessions pw) - This includes all associated external self conducted training sessions and strength & conditioning programs

With Craig Mahony: Level 4 World Athletics Middle Distance and Long Distance; Level 4 Throws; Level 3 World Athletics Sprints, Hurdles; Level 1 Australian Strength and Conditioning
Venue: Mornington Athletic Track 
Monday: 5:00 - 6:30pm (or so) Track events
Tuesday
  • 5:00pm - 5:55pm Throws (can start earlier)
  • 6:00pm - 7:30pm(or so) Distance/sprints
Thursday
  • 5:00pm - 5:55pm Throws (can start earlier)
  • 6:00pm - 7:30pm Distance/sprints
Fridays: if required

Group Runs:
We have a Sunday morning run that some of our runners and others do that varies in location from week to week. The pace is about 5:00 - 5:15/km. 
​Other members organise their own groups to run with.
