Bib Numbers
Each athletic year athletes are allocated a Bib number, also know as a Registration number. This lasts from 1st April one year to 31st March the following year. (Also into April for the Master State Championships)

You will either receive your cloth number at your first event or sometimes they are sent to club registrars / secretaries.

You will / may get three numbers. A paper bib number with an RFID chip and two cloth bib numbers.

XCR Season
You need to wear the paper bib number with the RFID chip on the front of your club singlet. One cloth number is required to be worn on the back of your singlet.

Track and Field Season
You need to wear one cloth number on the front of your singlet and the other on the back of your singlet. The paper bib number is no longer required but can be worn if you lose a cloth bib number. If you did the XCR season then you use the same numbers but wear a cloth number on the front of your singlet rather than the paper one.

After the end of the Track and Field season the numbers are no longer relevant as you will get new ones. So throw them away.
