 Falls Creek Training Camp 2022-2023

After a successful training camp in Jan 2022, we have tentatively booked again for next season. Potentially from 26th Dec and leaving on 8th Jan. It is still to be determined if we book the 2 weeks or just part of that time. If you are interested please let us know.

The accommodation is at the Alpha Lodge. Families and friends are welcome. Non members are also welcome.

You can do the set sessions with our group, which are mainly aimed at middle distance on the track, or you can do your own thing. There are many trails to run on and it is a great place to train for those focusing on longer events such as Two Bays.

The lodge has accommodation for 35 people.

Apart from running, other possible activities include Mountain Bike Riding including downhill, Road Riding, walks/hikes, fishing, tennis(courts are for hire $10) and chilling out. Some triathletes were swimming a couple of years ago and some people have been seen on the dam in kayaks. It is
a great stress free environment.
